(CIT) Campers-In-Transition
We have created this program for teenagers going into the 8th grade that are transitioning between participant and counselor. The CIT program is a work-oriented experience that gives our participants the opportunity to work under qualified counselors to begin to learn and understand the demands and responsibility of a counselor's job.
All CIT's will recieve training and instruction on working in and with campers as part of the program. Additional training will occur while assisting Camp Counselors in daily activities.
