Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, this indoor cycling program delivers a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn, and an individual challenge - all at a self-directed pace.

General Information
  • Beginners should feel comfortable trying spinning because if you can pedal a stationary bike, you'll be able to grasp the technique.
  • You can follow along at your own pace, you can sit when the group is tanding or ease up the tension when it's too tough for you to pedal.
  • Spinning classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calores and keeping your muscles in shapp -- especially during the off season.
  • Held at Mashpee Fitness Center, 168 Industrial Drive
