Explore your creative side with these two pottery classes:
High Tea Party (Pottery class) For students in grades 3 - 6.
During the first class, children will create a pinch pot teacup and a textured saucer. Teacups and saucers will be glazed during the second class. During the final class, each child will create their own hat or fascinator and wear it to the high tea party. At the party children will enjoy drinking from their very own teacups, and eating cookies served on their handmade saucers. When all the food is gone you will have a beautiful cup and saucer to take home that will last forever! Don't miss this super fun activity!
Clay Dwellings With Wee Folk & Fairy Dweller (Pottery class)For students in grades 3 - 6.
Dwellings for wee folk will be constructed from clay slabs and coils and then fired. During the second class the houses will be glazed. During the third class wee folk or fairies will be made to inhabit the dwelling. Children will then take home, a glazed, fired, ceramic dwelling and wee folk or fairy.
