Quick Fit is a combination of boot camp, HIIT and circuit training.

General Information
  • By using these 3 modalities each class is different so your body is constantly challenged.
  • This 30-minute class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
  • All exercises will be shown with modifications.
  • Please bring a mat and water bottle.
  • Take one class per week or two!
  • Location: Heritage Park (meet in the Mashpee Rec Dept. parking lot)
  • Length: 6 weeks, 12 classes (2x/week) or 6 classes (1x/week)
