Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.

One of our favorite adventures   Childcare is available from 7:00 AM TO 5:30 PMPlease bring a lunch, a drink, 2 snacks and a water bottle  Dress appropriately for the weather $35 per day - **no refunds****PLEASE NOTE** The Mashpee Recreation Department is committed to providing a safe and accessible program for all children.
